Founded in 1985 by Tyrone native Glenn Ray, G&R Excavating and Demolition began in a small garage with a few trucks, a couple pieces of equipment, and a whole lot of determination. What started as a small local operation has grown into one of Central Pennsylvania's most trusted excavating and demolition companies.
Over the years, G&R expanded to include roll-off containers, a large landscaping materials yard, recycling and scrap operations, and G&R Bits N Pieces, giving salvaged materials a second life. Recycling and sustainability have always been a priority — long before it was trendy.
